Can I use heat without a visible flame?
Yes. Select heat-only mode to enjoy warmth without the visible top flame. You can also use flame-only mode, or combine flame and heat.
Can I adjust the flame and warmth separately?
Yes. The unit has separate flame and heat control dials, so you can adjust each to suit the occasion.
Does it burn wood?
No. It uses liquid propane. The visible flames rise between ceramic rocks, so there are no burned logs or wood ash to clear away.
Is a propane tank included?
No. A standard 20 lb liquid propane tank is required and sold separately. Follow the supplied tank selection, connection and setup instructions.
What comes with this bundle?
The bundle includes the Fireside360 outdoor heater and fire pit, top cover, ceramic rocks and quick start guide.
Can I use it indoors or put the lid on while it is hot?
Use outdoors only. Keep the top cover off when igniting or operating either burner. After shutting off both dials and the tank valve, allow at least 45 minutes for the unit to cool completely before covering.
