How do I connect it to my phone?
Open Print Master on your iOS or Android device, switch on the printer and connect to P15 from inside the app.
Does it need ink cartridges?
P15 prints without separate ink cartridges. Use compatible P15 printing cartridges and replace the cartridge when it runs out.
Can I put any ribbon in the printer?
Use ribbon or label cartridges specifically compatible with P15. Ordinary craft ribbon is not a substitute for compatible printing media.
Does it print in full color?
The print output is monochrome. The appearance depends on the compatible tape or ribbon you choose.
Are the gift ribbons included?
The one-roll starter set includes 12 × 40 mm black-on-white labels. The decorative ribbons in the photos and demonstrations are shown as project ideas.
How do I charge the printer?
Recharge the built-in battery using the included USB-C charging cable.
